SYS Labs acquires FortKnoxster
We are happy to announce that SYS Labs has acquired FortKnoxster, ensuring our technologies’ future development and strengthening. Moving forward, our technologies will be merged into a new AI-based SuperDapp, to be launched in Q2–2023.
Why?
For quite some time, FortKnoxster has been in talks and negotiations with several potential strategic partners who can help gain traction and further the development of our technologies. Getting traction and awareness has been “the missing piece” and, honestly, quite challenging as a small company in a big industry. Joining forces with a big, established company has been our top priority, and we are both excited and happy that this has now become a reality. The general synergies and future possibilities are almost endless moving forward.
SYS Labs
SYS Labs is intimately tied to the Syscoin ecosystem, one of the L1 pioneers in the blockchain space. The first iteration of Syscoin’s blockchain was launched in 2014 and is a veteran network with a strong technological arsenal and marketing team, financial resources, community, and a global reach and recognition. The experience and knowledge from the SYS team are priceless, and we are very honored to become a part of their organization, and both parties are convinced that we have a perfect match moving forward.
SuperDapp
SuperDapp has already been in development for quite some time behind the scenes and is now in internal Beta testing. SuperDapp is an app that has everything most users need, but all integrated into one single Web3 app — hence the name :)
SuperDapp is running on the chatGPT backbone and will contain a lot of innovative and secure features, including:
- Personal AI assistant — “AIDA” who will assist and guide users beyond imagination
- Non-custodial innovative wallet
- DieFi crypto recovery and inheritance features
- Crypto on/off-boarding
- Messenger, calling & storage
- E-commerce, travel bookings, and more — all with integrated crypto payments

- Default end-to-end encryption for optimal privacy

SuperDapp and the corresponding utility token will launch later in Q2.

What happens to the FKX token?
FKX token holders will be swapped into the new SuperDapp token. The total valuation of FKX (150 Million FKX supply) will be USD 5 Million. Equal to 0.03333 per FKX, a 56 % higher value than the CMC market cap of 4 April 2023, 5 PM Dubai time, which was 3,190,831 (FKX price 0.02115).
Example: If you have 1 Million FKX, you will receive 33,333 USD worth of SuperDapp tokens after the swap.

How to swap?
We will provide access to the swap portal Friday, the 14 of April, where the swap process will be straightforward. Your current FKX will be burned, and you will receive new SuperDapp tokens directly in your wallet. A link to the portal will be provided on the above date.
FKX holders will have 12 months to complete the swap, meaning the deadline will be 14 April 2024.
